  • CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

    Summary:

    Our growing business is looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, and to handle and resolve complaints. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

     

    Responsibilities & Duties:

    • Answers incoming customer calls regarding product, service questions and general client concerns
    • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
    • Update customer information accurately in the customer service database during and after each call
    • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies and procedures
    • Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers

     

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree in a business related field preferred)
    • Order entry
    • Call Center Experience
    • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
    • Must be available to work Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

  • FINISHING LINE OPERATOR

    Warehouse

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Planning and organizing printing jobs, material and workload
    • Setting up of the jobs according to product specifications and equipment capabilities
    • Operating high speed finishing equipment while continually monitoring and adjusting specifications
    • Troubleshooting and problem solving throughout  the job
    • Cleaning, lubricating and maintaining equipment both predictably and periodically
    • Continuously monitoring quality, timely output and finished product
    • Ongoing monitoring work area cleanliness and safety
    • Report direct to Production Team, Warehouse Manager Christina Hasson or Exec. VP Markus Schalkamp
    • Required Skills:

     

    Required Skills:

    • Printing experience preferred
    • Mathematical and mechanical problem solving
    • Ability to lift up to  20 lbs without assistance
    • 6-7 hours walking/standing, 1 hour bending or stooping, 1 hour  sitting
    • Ability to read and understand job specifications, printing procedures, quality control procedures and finishing operations
    • Excellent communication skills both oral and written, with the abjlity to communicate with all levels of management and other operators
    • Know and understand the preventive maintenance on the image equipment. Operator should be able to determine the extent of a problem, using equipment manual and know weather to notify a technician
    • Must work well in a team oriented  environment

     

  • LABEL LINE (CMP) OPERATOR

    Warehouse

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Planning and organizing daily runs, material and workload
    • Setting up of the jobs according to product orders
    • Operating manual CMP production line
    • Troubleshooting and problem solving throughout the job
    • Cleaning, Adjusting and Controlling Operations of the line
    • Continuously monitoring quality, timely output and finished product
    • Cutting and labeling finished product
    • Ongoing monitoring work area cleanliness and safety
    • Report direct to Production Team Lead, Warehouse Manager and/or Exec. VP Markus Schlkamp

     

    Required Skills:

    • Computer knowledge helpful
    • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs without assistance
    • Ability to walk and stand for 8+ hours a work day
    • Ability to read and understand job
    • Attention to detail is a plus
    • Willing to work over with short notice
    • Excellent communication skills both oral and written, with the ability to communicate with all levels of management and other operators

  • MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

    Warehouse

     

    Summary/Objective:

    Versatrim is seeking a Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for the maintenance and electrical needs of the plant and equipment. The maintenance technician will assist in the smooth running of the warehouse operation by ensuring that the business needs and targets are met on a daily basis by providing effective mechanical / electrical maintenance.

     

    Essential Functions:

    • Undertake planned maintenance, breakdown repair and condition monitoring activities of plant and equipment.
    • Proactively identify and implement improvements to operational machine and resource efficiencies while giving consideration to the impact on other departments.
    • Responsible for ensuring that a clean, tidy and hazard free working environment is maintained to defined standards.
    • Manage and deliver departmental based projects.
    • To carry out all physical and visual checks on site machinery as required.
    • Attend to machine breakdowns and solve/diagnose any mechanical / electrical failures.
    • Undertake all duties safely and in accordance with Company and OSHA Health & Safety policy and practice.
    • Keep accurate records of all testing, checks, observations as required.

    Work Environment:

  • PURCHASING AGENT

    Office

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Issue purchase orders to suppliers, distributors and manufacturers
    • Ensure that orders received are accurate
    • Ensure goods received are not damaged
    • Handle goods throughout the purchasing process
    • Work closely with relevant departments to ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company
    • Keep accurate records of purchases made and Inventory
    • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

     

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma/GED required
    • At list 1 year experience working as a purchasing assistant in office environment
    • Meticulous and pay attention to details
    • Excellent interpersonal and social skills
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize several tasks without compromising quality of work.
    • Computer literacy, proficiency with Outlook, excel, Word, and Power Point.
    • Must be able to use word processing, e-mail, and spreadsheets
